DAY ONE - ROOT
Welcome to the beautiful high vibration island of Kauai, where I will pick you up from the airport and we begin our journey. Day one is about rooting, being held by mother earth on the high vibrational land of Kauai, creating a safe space to go deep and release layers of trapped trauma. Meditation, healing, shamanic journeys and exploration of the island begins.

DAY TWO - RELEASE
Day two is the time to go deep. In sacred and safe space I create, we invite our guides angels and divine beings to activate and open up layers of trauma and shadow work that you are ready to release. This is an intensive coaching day, filled with nature, healing, activation, and shamanic journeying. As we release what no longer serves, we utilize the land and Mother Earth to support and receive our pain.

DAY THREE - EXPAND
On the final day, receive the gift of light codes, a profound return to yourself, empowering you to walk in this world with the knowledge that you are a divine being, supported by guides, angels, and the universe. And, of course, embrace play and joy! Revel in the sacred waters or embark on a magical and majestic hike, feeling yourself expansive, connected, and radiant.
